The core idea of our network is simple: Tokyo builds and maintains the structure, and each Desk applies it on the ground.

Based in Tokyo, the Japan Desk functions as the trading headquarters and AI Center of ASIACOM Group, integrating trade design, group-wide risk management and shared tools.
The Hong Kong company is our main execution hub, handling both Chinese-style and Western-style trade documentation and operations, especially in resource and industrial material trade.
The Taiwan Desk focuses on clients and partners in Taiwan, sharing the same trade structures and risk policies as the Japan Desk while reflecting local market realities.
The Philippine Desk is a project-oriented desk that combines on-the-ground information with trade and risk structures designed by the Japan Desk in Tokyo.
For external inquiries, the primary contact window is the Japan Desk in Tokyo. After an initial review, cases are internally reassigned to Hong Kong, Taiwan or Philippine desks as needed.
