ASIACOM Group Structure Across Japan, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the Philippines
How the ASIACOM Group Is Connected
ASIACOM Group is an Asia-focused trading and consulting group connecting Japan, Hong Kong,
Taiwan and the Philippines. The Japan Desk in Tokyo serves as a compact headquarters and
AI Center, while each regional desk focuses on local execution and relationships.
Strategic design and risk management are anchored in Tokyo. Day-to-day trade execution is
carried out where markets and cargoes actually move – in Hong Kong, Taiwan and the Philippines.
1. Overview of Roles in the Group
The core idea of our network is simple: Tokyo builds and maintains the structure, and each
Desk applies it on the ground.
Japan Desk (Tokyo HQ & AI Center) – designs trade structures,
maintains group-wide documentation and risk policies, and operates AI tools that support
all Desks.
Hong Kong Company – our main execution hub, handling Chinese-style and
Western-style trade operations, especially in resource and industrial material trade.
Taiwan Desk – regional desk for Taiwan, working with the same structures
and risk approach as Tokyo, adapted to local market realities.
Philippine Desk – project-oriented desk that combines local information
with trade and risk frameworks designed in Tokyo.
