Based in Tokyo, the Japan Desk serves as the trading coordination center and AI back office of ASIACOM Group, working closely with our Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Philippine Desks.
While each Desk handles local execution and client communication, the Japan Desk focuses on structuring, risk awareness, and shared tools under the stability of Japanese law and governance.
For a more detailed explanation of group structure and AI operations, please also see the Tokyo HQ overview page.
The Japan Desk operates two AI-based tools under a unified Tokyo HQ system: the red AI Full-Text Search panel and the blue Ive assistant panel. Together, they provide a lightweight but practical AI layer for all ASIACOM Desks.
1. AI Full-Text Search (Red Panel)
Searches ASIACOM’s JP / HK / TW / PH websites at the documentation level.
It is useful when you need to locate official pages, policies, governance information,
and other reference materials quickly.
2. Corporate AI Assistant “Ive” (Blue Panel)
Answers corporate-level questions about the group structure, Desk functions,
basic trading framework, governance and compliance concepts, as well as Desk
operating days and holiday schedules.

This interface allows you to ask our corporate AI assistant Ive questions about the ASIACOM Group. Ive is connected to Tokyo HQ’s internal AI index and can provide information on all four Desks (JP / HK / TW / PH), including company profile, group structure, governance and compliance framework, and Desk operating / holiday schedules.
All replies are based on our official websites and a curated, compliance-approved internal knowledge base. Unlike a generic FAQ chatbot, Ive runs on ASIACOM’s in-house AI platform, so you can expect more accurate, up-to-date, and consistent corporate-level answers that match our actual operations.
For topics that require case-specific judgment or formal review, Ive will indicate the limitations of AI and guide you to contact the appropriate Desk or Tokyo HQ staff.
Our staff may present these QR codes at banks, authorities, and business meetings. Scanning them on a smartphone will open the Tokyo HQ overview page (English or Traditional Chinese), so that you can quickly confirm how the Japan Desk and each regional Desk are organised.
